So the end of this story was that I left an hour later than planned after waiting / being on the phone. Order arrived in my driveway as I was leaving, so I received it with utter chaos and ill-prepared (no bags). Products fell and broke. What an experience! Not a fan...
@WOOLWORTHS_SA first, my order is late by more than an hour (still not delivered). Secondly, your call centre is not helpful at all (4th person is now on the line with me). I am now late for my flight. Pathetic service all round, you can learn from @CheckersSA .
@CheckersSA your service seems to be slipping... OTP issues, app issues (getting logged out multiple times in a day), products out of stock and now this - how is this 60minutes, and why are you falling apart?

We have also escalated this problem to the complaints department with absolutely no resolution/improvement. To top it off, they delete any complaints on their FB page and don't offer any help to address the problem.
@FidelityAdt appalling service when my alarm triggers. No response for 30 - 90mins, and then load-shedding gets blamed. You need to adapt so that you can service your clients because LS isn't going anywhere. You're impacting life/death situations, and just pulling up shoulders?!
