I just got an email that says "You must take your loan by May 10, 2020, or the SBA may withdraw its guarantee of available funds." BUT THERE ARE NO LOAN DOCUMENTS TO SIGN OR ANY REQUESTS FOR INFO. Help!?

@knomo @Mbals24 @gearburn I contacted both US and UK customer service when my bag was falling apart and got no help at all from knomo.

@Mbals24 @gearburn @knomo good review but don't be fooled by the "rugged" bag. Knomo bags fall apart in a year or 2 and they won't repair.
