@britishairways and a catalogue of errors. Not enough crew to fly yesterday to Bangalore, delay flight by 24 hours, inform passengers 2 hours before so everyone already at airport. Just landed a day late and they’ve lost my bags! Think I need a different airline next time

Don’t normally tweet these days but @AmazonUK what a joke that was trying to get a Playstation5. Refreshing both app and browser since 7am to only find can’t add to basket once stock came in at 9:20am, no matter how many times I tried. So frustrating, source elsewhere next time!

@AppleSupport Thanks but you’re not getting the problem here. If I choose to not update my billing info which is only related to Apple Music, will I not be able to access anything I’ve previously bought? I’ve paid £100’s buying these titles

@AppleSupport If clicking on play on an already purchased film or show it says: Unable to Download, there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. To fix, sign in to iTunes on your computer and review the problem in your purchase history

Hi, thanks for the reply. No, I have Apple Music and sometimes the payment has failed on time. Then everything else won’t work. I have iTunes on Apple TV and no purchases will work. It will say there is a billing problem, your payment details need updating first
