Nearly 2 months, JIO is still "escalating" the issue, the customer service always replies with a templated message. @JioCare @reliancejio watch them reply saying contact on dm but they wont even see dm

5 days since complaining, terrible customer care by jio. No proper response by the customer care. I have provided all the proof about the sales executive and the screenshots and the reference number.
@JioCare if this issue isn't sorted within this week, I'll go to consumer court.
