@CornishCracker @MartinSLewis I had a horrible time with HMRC a few years back. Paying back CB and fines equalled around 9k for something I didn't even know about. I ended up overpaying and cannot get my money back from them. HMRC spoke to me like I am a criminal. I agree that the system is broken/unfair.
