There's a good chance CapEx will stay elevated due to AI-related investments. Not sure how the market will react to this.

The cool US CPI reading caused a rotation from tech stocks to the more rate-sensitive stocks such as REITs.
But how come Singapore REITs have already rallied hard earlier today, several hours prior to the CPI release?

US CPI came in lower than expected at 3.0% YoY (vs. 3.1% expected). Or -0.1% MoM 🎉
Core CPI at 3.3% YoY (vs. 3.4% expected)
