One aspect I like the cancer vaccine today: the anti-vaxxers don't have to take it for the rest of us to be saved.

Merck and Moderna reported today that intismeran worked in Phase 3, melanoma, 1,100+ patients, less recurrence, less spread. The shot is built from each patient's own tumor: 34 neoantigens coded into mRNA. You can't mandate that. You don't need to. No herd immunity, no free riders, no coercion.
