- 25% pay cut in last decade
- 35% slashed off their pensions
- 100,000 gig economy contracts
- Staff using foodbanks

All of this whilst universities sit on £45 BILLION of reserves.

Sickening.

Inclusive language does not prevent a mother from calling themselves a mother if they wish to. It just gives options and visibility for those who do not feel a certain term suits their gender identity/expression
