Great thoughts @cbulik. I think the rule following can be seen early on. For example - a serious fear/dread/discomfort of a quiet blinking fire alarm in the corner of a Korean restaurant at age 6. Our daughter is ok for now but I echo people have been lost and we need to do more.

@AskBarclaysUS the Barclays mobile app is terrible. The only way to contact other than phone is via twitter. So here goes: there are active mechanisms to make it difficult to pay in the app, late fees are charged on low balances, and no mechanism for autopay. Pretty bad product.
