This has made my day. What I love most is that when Stephen Graham wrote Adolescence, he said he wants an unknown, northern actor to star. A working class star lifting another working class actor to their dream.

There’s a whole raft of untapped talent out there because talent is measured on spreadsheets of Instagram followings and existing fame, rather than brilliance you unleash with risk.
