@TikTokCanada How are you monitoring the app and making it safe for youth and teenagers, who can jump on challenges that are a risk for their well-being?
Social media platforms impact a large group of society, they can be used to teach or show important information, but TikTok being used by people to hurt others is huge concern in our society

@dani__gooding I also noticed this as i too had been accustomed to multi-tasking in the past, but after seeing these results i had realized that this may not be the most productive way to get tasks done
I agree. University culture has heavily normalized alcohol abuse while sobriety is associated with being outside the norm. These constructs put adolescents at risk for various health issues, in addition to increased potential violence against women. #EM203Robin#EM203Research
@EM203Varma I'm looking forward to the rest of the semester as well! so far I have enjoyed this course so much - watching how we all absorb new information by hands-on learning or just using social media makes me wonder what else this course will teach me
@salenasharma13 I totally agree with you! social media has a big impact on everyone's lives - not just negatively. It's really powerful, people can learn things of value like tax tips or investment information while scrolling down on platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
@RubyGallant1 hey! I also enjoyed learning about the different learning styles! It is also my first time using Twitter and I think it's really interesting how she involves this platform as an educational tool
@em203phanna Omg! that is so good, you nailed it! I really liked how last weeks lesson was so interactive with hands-on learning - it seems you liked it tooπ
@keeyaraa6720 hey! I completely agree with you, I find it interesting how she teaches us things in an interactive way, where we need to explore by ourselves.
