@AirCanada Been waiting over 90 minutes for luggage in Phoenix. 6 other flights have landed, got luggage and left. It’s 12:30am (3:30am in YUL where we’ve come from). Did your baggage handlers go home?

[Danielle Porteous @dani_canuck]

@AirCanada just got off overnight flight to a flurry of texts regarding delays, seat changes and a cancellation. App tells me to call customer service. No toll free in Belgium. Current wait time 1.5-2.5 hours. Is this really how to run an airline?

@OCTranspoLive My friend (visiting from Scotland) has given up after waiting an hour in the rain for the 62 at Tunney's that never came. Where was your service update on that?

[Danielle Porteous @dani_canuck]

@brielarson I'll be donating to @SOSCV_Canada to help provide a loving home for orphaned and vulnerable children around the world!

@Aeroplan Where are my VISA Infinite miles for November? I've been calling you for two days and you're lines are too busy to connect. Are you intentionally trying to prevent me achieving Diamond status?

Twelve hours later I'm still trying to fathom a whole night that honours women in country music but doesn't include The Judds! Where was @Wynonna #CMAawards?

Fantastic night celebrating @SOSCV_Canada ‘s 50th Anniversary tonight at Cirque de Soleil! And what a view of the CN Tower lit up in blue when we left! #SOSCelebrates

Come on @WestJet! Website crashed almost an hour ago mid-booking and I've been stuck on hold on your phone line ever since!
Is there a reasonable expectation of making a booking today?

When we put the leaf in our logo, we meant it. It’s a glowing reminder of all we live up to. Because we share more than a country. We share a way to live. #LiveByTheLeaf
