Unfair when you’re considering the flight prices to buy it and you don’t want and don’t have much money to expend in a journey to home. @Trip should not put you in a transfer where the arriving and departing airports are different.

How disappointing it was to buy a flight ticket from @Trip from Istanbul to Porto Alegre and had a transfer in Milan where I had to go to another airport to catch the flight. I had to spend a lot of money (180 euros) for a taxi which was unexpected.

I’ve purchased two flight tickets with @TurkishAirlines and all I asked for was to change the day of the flight. Couldn’t get their help on that and lost my money.
