For @virginmedia customers in Reading RG1, RG2 & RG31 don’t be expecting your broadband to come back up any time soon. Only have to read their twitter mentions to know it’s impacting 100’s if not 1000’s of customers and they don’t care whatsoever.
@wilgeralexander@virginmedia I’m in Reading, same issue, same vague updates. Most of Berkshire seems to be out looking at their mentions and other areas too even Scotland. They’re just not being honest about how big of an issue / outage it actually is.
@virginmedia 3 times I spoke to your team and 3 times they didn’t believe there was an issue. You’re a joke of a company and your customer “care” team are rude, condescending and beyond unhelpful. I’ll be getting in touch with @bt_uk tomorrow to switch and raising a complaint with @Ofcom
@virginmedia That’s a load of bull and you know it. There are issues across the country not just local to one area and you’ve made no statement about it what’s so ever, half the south east have no broadband, and I’m seeing other postcodes in your mentions to. You need reporting to @Ofcom
