@TPEassist why don’t put barely any carriages on from Berwick to Edinburgh . Done the same in summer and now at Xmas for shoppers. Train overcrowded and can’t get to my appointment now. 4 poxy carriages. Our station loses out every time. Now double passengers getting on next one

@nationalrailenq Very very very disappointing. Rammed full barely any carriages at this time of year. Same in summer. Want people to use public transport but can’t. Guess I’ll have to drive to North Berwick like the old days. Slightly more reliable
