Some of the work you’re most proud of won’t be the work that pays you. Great work and paid work don’t always overlap and that doesn’t mean either one is wrong.

That can be confusing if you don’t separate creative value from commercial value.

This video is me thinking through that distinction. Sharing a few thoughts from experience.

In a conversation recently about Creative block, I came to a realization. Creative block is usually the symptom, not the cause. Decided to put my reflections in a form of a video.

A lot of the time, what’s really happening is decision fatigue. Too many choices, too much thinking, too much mental load.

Sharing how it shows up, and what helped me see it differently. Open to your thoughts on this.
