@mystsl@king_goomba@Atlus_West the excuse is technically limitations, the switch is basically a clocked down rtx2050; As nvidia’s first rtx series that was meh with it’s first implementation of rt which games like p3r had and p3r even on ps5 was just a tad bit slow but a lot of that can be blamed on ue.
@XatuNocturnal@laneanderson3@Atlus_West Atlus gave all non playstation consoles the persona games (3-5) in acceptable capacity out of pity and money because people like you couldn’t stop harassing atlus on this platform; But surprisingly smt v vengeance came to the switch so maybe there’s some hope.
@JstBallistic@Eldonchorizo_ @fwyzls @Atlus_West the reflection we’re in real time, I’m not 100% about the ray traced shadows being baked in. But either way it wasn’t very good raytracing.
@Eldonchorizo_@PokeTube6864 @fwyzls @Atlus_West ue4 was the last good enough ue + obv. optimized for switch, and also the persona 4 remake’s teaser doesn’t have the ue logo like p3r did in it. And god forbid they do use it, because modern day ue 5 is a disgrace to optimizations.
@FurgalTheFluff@Eldonchorizo_@Atlus_West They’re not using unreal (hopefully) as the new teaser doesn’t contain ue the logo like p3r did. Hopefully they don’t and listen to fans to the complaints were made in a us p5x survey about the engine, in which I know I contributed to.
