@ETSInsights My TOEFL scores are under administrative review. I received a response addressing me by the wrong name entirely. I've been emailed in circles back to the same address. I have a time-sensitive professional registration deadline. Please help.
Update. I finally got an email telling me about the admin review. So do the last few days (since may 16) just not count in the 2-4 weeks (or whenever @ETSInsights feels like). Horrible and disappointing and frankly I hope never to use this service again
@ETSInsights I have one simple question: will my scores from Appointment be released, or do I need to schedule a new test? I need this information to plan my next steps for a time-sensitive professional registration.
The complete lack of proactive communication from ETS is causing unnecessary anxiety for test takers with time-sensitive deadlines.
The Twitter team has been the exception, responsive and helpful. The rest of the process has been a loop.
I expected better from Ets.
The only helpful response I've received has been from the Twitter team, who escalated my case to OTI
I'm not disputing the 2-4 week review window. I simply want to know what is happening with my test. And if I can help expedite the process.
