@benthompson@stratechery - Any way there can be a separate RSS feed for Daily Updates and Interviews in podcast players now that the brands are separate? Personally only use the podcast for the interviews, but I could be in the minority.
I expected technology to make programming less laborious, as it does to most things. But I have to admit I expected it to happen by programmers switching to more powerful languages, rather than continuing to write programs full of boilerplate, but having AIs generate most of it.
If AI turns mediocre writing containing no new ideas into a commodity, will that increase the "price" of good writing that does contain them? History offers some encouragement. Handmade things were appreciated more once it was no longer the default.
@dcinvestor I see this as similar to an M&A transaction, anytime you pay over the worth of a companies assets for the business it goes down as “goodwill” on the balance sheet - you don’t want “goodwill” on-chain
@UNNFinance - relies on others being willing to stake collateral on your behalf to "vouch" for your trustworthiness, but the protocol has no claim on that collateral if you do end up defaulting
