@TMobile The service coverage map is completely wrong, lets revisit this map. Strong LTE service areas in the map in reality have no service.

@JohnLegere Maybe we need to revisit the service coverage map, as areas showing strong LTE have no service, and I have not been able to get anywhere with the support team. The service map is misleading and unreliable just like the service in Melbourne FL.

@TMobile I have been trying to get the service issues fixed for over a year, and all I keep hearing from support is "that is the service expected" not acceptable! the map shows strong LTE service available.
