five years ago, i tried day trading futures with $1,000. i was slinging 1 NQ contract, so wildly over-leveraged.
i ran the account up to over $3k before blowing up (because of course).
this past month, i ran the $1k challenge back.
i never expected it to end this way.
prop firms have their place, but nothing beats trading your own personal account. i've been working on building up a small account -- just need to eliminate tilt that causes those large red days.

Lucid announced a new plan - LucidFlex – that removes the consistency rule and buffer in the funded accounts.
How does it compare to other popular plans from other firms? Let's take a look...
And compare for yourself on PropFirmGorilla.
One of my favorite prop firms around - @TheFuturesDesk now allows up to 4 accounts. They also have the best trader backend and journaling system in the industry.
We're giving away $5M in accounts all week long. Accounting department is pissed.
