Clearly I’m a simple man. Was in Vanuatu the other you day.
A small island nation with NO fuel production.
Their diesel, in Aussie money was $1.77.
Explain again why ours is $3.15?
Love it when the AFL players make an effort to make the kids feel special during their medal presentation. Such a simple gesture that’s takes nothing to do, but makes such a huge difference. Love it.
In the last 30 days we’ve been in or transited through 11 countries. Returning home..33hrs of travel to get to Fiji…. One country left… Home on Tuesday 😵💫
We live in Australia? Do we still check under the bonnet and put stuff in the boot?
Then why am I reading a story about a car crash in Sydney with a crushed ‘HOOD’
Drives me nuts 😤
How on earth do people afford to go the footy these days?
Looking at tickets to the AFL in Canberra to take my son who has a disability and our 13 year old daughter …3 seats.
$218.50
You want to take them to see it live - but also, it’s way warmer on the couch 🤷🏻♂️
Tv never does Motorsport ‘speed’ justice.
Think about this. Watching motogp in Thailand. 330kph 😳
Clearly don’t try this 😁but imaging doing 100kph on your motorcycle… you speed up and hit 200…and then you manage the courage to do another 130kph on TOP of that 😳😳 WHAT!
Why when I’m watching a car race in Australia on Australian tv and with Australian reporters am I hearing them say ‘under the hood’ instead of bonnet? 🤬😤
I’ve said it before. We need to change the way we report the road toll. Deaths is one thing. Also include the number of those with life changing injuries or who have been permanently disabled. Eg- the road toll to date is 157 dead and 3497 permanently disabled.
Thoughts?
