@nntaleb Idea #1: Count your breaths, keeping the mental representation of the numbers in binary rather than decimal. Start over at 1 once you get to 32 (100000) or 64 (1000000) or whatever you can handle.
Idea #2: Regard dealing with the boredom as part of the exercise.
