🇲🇩🇺🇦At the 135th Ministerial Session of the @coe, chaired by Moldova, we adopted the Resolution establishing the Enlarged Partial Agreement for the Special Tribunal’s Management Committee on the crime of aggression against Ukraine. Justice & accountability must prevail.

Chișinău is hosting the 135th Ministerial Session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, with more than 50 delegations in attendance, including over 20 foreign ministers.

This meeting marks the conclusion of Moldova’s Presidency of the Committee of Ministers and reflects the priorities we promoted throughout our mandate: continued support for Ukraine, countering disinformation and foreign interference, strengthening security, and reinforcing democratic resilience.

At the end of the session, Moldova will hand over the rotating Presidency to Monaco.

On 25 February, marking the 4th anniversary of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, the exhibition “THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART” opened at the Council of Europe.

At its center — the Great Amber Heart of Ukraine, rescued in Bucha.

Amber Heart replicas, as distinctions of gratitude, were presented to Secretary General @alain_berset and Ambassador Daniela Cujba @MoldovaCoE.

Music by Ukrainian maestro Mike Kaufman-Portnikov — including a piece dedicated to the Amber Heart — shaped the atmosphere of remembrance and gratitude.
