@george__mack I’m in the same boat. Struggling with this for years. I exercise a ton—running, lifting, CrossFit—and eat pretty well. I stopped drinking totally for 7 months, but that wasn’t it. I do take creatine as well and don’t eat before bed…so maybe it’s blood sugar like folks are saying
