@BasicAppleGuy One color all the way for my personal devices. Space grey, midnight or darkest neutral color available. Communal devices are mixed to keep my wife happy.
@SuciuHoria@BasicAppleGuy As long as I browse in chrome instead and keep Safari closed, audio is fine. I’ve experienced the same issue with Beats Studio pros. I don’t have this issue with my AirPods Pro 2nd gen or any other Bluetooth headphones, and my AirPods Max are fine with safari on iOS devices.
@SuciuHoria@BasicAppleGuy Mine certainly are not with my M2 MacBook Air. I have a pair of gen 1 USB-C AirPods Max and any audio (from music, podcasts, YouTube videos, etc.) is unusably choppy and stuttery so long as I’m browsing in Safari. I’ve cleared all my extensions, wiped all my website data…no dice
@krishdotdev Chrome, unless the M5 has dramatically improved audio processing while browsing on Safari. My airpods Max are totally worthless when Safari's open on my M2 Macbook Air.
@BasicAppleGuy Upon further investigation the issue appears to be isolated to browsing in Safari on my M2 MacBook Air. Audio is fine if I keep safari closed and browse in chrome instead, and it’s fine while using safari on iOS devices. Something unique to safari on Mac that screws it up 🤷♂️
@cuntradiation@BasicAppleGuy Beat me to it. You can actually still order these on amazon. I was probably even more dumbfounded by this thing than the iPhone pocket. Who the hell would want to wrestle their iPhone out of this thing every time they wanted to use it? I never saw one in the wild.
@shivankGeeky And as cool as all those hardware specs are, the camera alone is a deal breaker for many of us when it comes to daily driver consideration.
@shivankGeeky That’s because flashy tech specs alone still can’t rival the iPhone’s seamless integration of hardware and software design. The non-tech-geek layperson will likely have a better, more user-friendly experience with the iPhone, which is probably free with a trade-in anyway.
