香港影劇風靡一時，劇中的視覺文化是香港的標誌之一，特別是霓虹燈招牌，日漸消失的霓虹燈招牌中，經典的「大押招牌」是少數還保留的。

大押招牌有著招財引福的設計寓意，被香港典當行沿用至今，商號不同但一脈相承。比起台灣花花綠綠的當鋪招牌，大押招牌更具文化意義。

香港「大押招牌」
門外高懸一幅蝙蝠型紅底白字的「押」字大招牌，上半部分呈蝙蝠狀：寓意「招財進寶，生意興隆」；圓形錢幣上一個大大的「押」字，這樣的圖案裝飾門面：取「引福歸堂之意，期冀交上好運」。尾字相同，商號不同，全港統一，如此吉利的招牌，被香港典當行一脈相承，沿用至今。
