Finally at home, alone, recap last few months and analyze last fight. Making notes day by day to keep the main targets alive every single moment and work on that in my forest dojo. 🙏🏻
No dark room this time, instead the true a disciplined meditation and work with concentration every day (morning, evening) to stay in peace/power, inspired, healthy, grounded and connected with breath. Only then we can see the true existence how it is-rare, beautiful, joyful.
Then in the end of the day enjoy first meal of the day and finally watch favorite anime.
