Then they needed to legislate modifications to their own legislation to account for years where labour day comes late. Goes to show how this Gov't considers the impacts of their decisions. I wonder what parents think of shortening the summer break for their children. 2/2

This from a Gov't who changed legislation to start the school year after labour day to extend the summer period for families. Then they mandated 950 student contact hours and couldn't fit that amount of time in the legislated year. 1/2
