@VentureCoinist When what we have is something premium, there's no need to fantasize, only time puts everything in its place, ZEC doesn't need miracles, it just needs time to pass.
Bitcoin may have won the adoption battle.
But perhaps ZEC preserves more of the obsession that made early Bitcoin so fascinating.
So I’ll ask again:
What coin feels most like early Bitcoin to you?
My answer?
ZEC.
Not because I think ZEC will replace Bitcoin.
But because it still carries something I associate with early Bitcoin:
Cypherpunk values, privacy and financial sovereignty.
Which project still feels a little uncomfortable?
A little misunderstood?
A little too early?
The kind of project where you think:
"Maybe people will understand this years from now."
Not the one you think will make you rich.
I mean the one that still feels like it is fighting for an idea that the mainstream hasn't fully understood yet.
And now the more interesting question:
Which coin today feels most like Bitcoin in its early days?
Not necessarily the one with the best price potential.
So I’m genuinely asking:
Do you think the reality of Bitcoin today still matches the reality that convinced the OGs?
Or did we gradually build something different?
Because Bitcoin has clearly won something enormous:
Adoption.
Recognition.
Value.
Legitimacy.
But is that the same thing as preserving its original spirit?
Maybe they simply understood something before everyone else did.
But here’s the uncomfortable question:
Is Bitcoin today still what those early believers believed in?

Wednesday/Thursday will be the real test. That's where we'll know whether this is the beginning of a larger move or simply a relief rally.
And yes, keep an eye on Hormuz. Geopolitics remains the biggest wildcard in the setup.
Last night felt different. For once, we didn't get the usual Trump surprise in the final two hours before the weekly close.
We also had fresh discussion around the Strait of Hormuz, but Trump's words didn't carry the same weight they have in previous moves.
Now we're getting the other side of that move.
My target is $67–68K for BTC, and I expect some ALTs to outperform significantly if the rotation accelerates.
This is the move I've been waiting for. After major macro events, the first 4–5 days often establish the direction before the market gives a violent reversal. The reaction after the FOMC was simply too negative given the actual information.
Now we're finally seeing the market price in what happened around the FOMC: rates stayed unchanged, followed by comments that were clearly less hawkish than the initial reaction suggested.
This isn't financial advice, just where my conviction would be if I had $50K to deploy today. The higher the potential upside, the higher the risk I'm accepting.
