BIG NEWS: A New York court has given the green light to another $2.7 BILLION lawsuit against Fox News by election company Smartmatic over their alleged 2020 presidential election lies. Details:

- This is in additional to the $1.6 BILLION Dominion lawsuit against Fox News
- The case is against Fox News, the Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo, the former business anchor Lou Dobbs and Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
- The Smartmatic complaint alleges that the “Defendants did not want Biden to win the election. They wanted President Trump to win re-election. They also saw an opportunity to capitalize on President Trump’s popularity by inventing a story.”

Fox News needs to pay for what they have done.
