@SpaceX@elonmusk Your customer service and support for @Starlink is pretty much nonexistent. I have had an issue for the past four days. I logged a ticket and not a single soul from your side have reached out to me to help. Can you please help?
@Starlink There's an issue where you are forcing my router to grab a new IP Address every 20 mins and when it does, the service drops for 2-3 mins each time. It's severely impacting my meetings, etc. If I can't get this resolved, I will need to cancel and get a refund.
@GunBroker Your customer service has completely gone to shit in the past year. There is an issue I have been trying to get help on for a week and not a single soul from you company has responded. UNACCEPTABLE
