Fact of the Day: Concorde could fly from London to Hull in just 8.008135mins, tickets cost just £800.85 making it £71.75 cheaper than going by train. Unfortunately nobody wanted to go to Hull & the service was stopped in 1926

Fact of the Day: The F111 Aardwolf is so long (80.085m) that it needs 2x upright rear wings and an extra wheel to stop it from sagging when on the ground. It is often mistaken for the F3 Tonknado.

BREAKING: Concorde crashes in field after police chase through the McLoop in #Scotland (Largest county in England)

Police recorded Concorde travelling at 71.75mph in a 30mph zone and at one point it hit 80.085mph

On average we make 5-7 mistakes a day - error is a 'normal' part of being human

Reducing them by planning ahead is part of threat & error management

Also an important distinction between just culture and 'no blame' cultures. Reckless/wilful acts should not be excused but honest mistakes should be learnt from
