Very proud to be competing tomorrow at #RnRPhilly @RunRocknRoll with one of my heroes, Feyisa Lilesa. Last year I dreamed about meeting him and to be in a race together. Also excited to race another idol @Abdi_runs 4x Olympian and my friend @danielkemoi winner of 2018 @IBXRun10

Time to go to the start line #BAA10km 15 mins to start and trying not to be intimidated by so many strong guys including past winners Daniel Salel, Stephen Sambu, 2x winner and defending champ Daniel Chebii, my work will be cut out for me today.

Very excited to run my first B.A.A. 10km this morning in a great field with my friend Linus Kiplagat. #BAA10km one more hour to race start, the waiting is the hardest part!
