@BootsHelp what must I do to get a problem resolved? Inboxed you no response? posted here previously, nothing! called & had to hang up after waiting an hour for no one to answer. Been in store for them to ring, also get no answer? Never pay by PayPal as your refund never comes!

@BootsHelp returned 2 items 02.11.22 to Widnes store. the young girl on the till shouted someone over to help as she had selected refund to card rather than PayPal. A month on & still no refund? I have been back into store 3 times & spent an hour on the phone but getting nowhere!

@JDhelpteam sons LFC top has completely unravelled up one side. The money these cost this shouldn’t happen! I was told there was nothing you could do just because he had a name out on the back of the shirt since purchasing. This is a faulty shirt how is this our fault Disgusting

@JDhelpteam sent numerous emails, I’ve chased this til im blue in the face, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! You can get lost now I’ve had enough, not chasing this any more, shouldn’t be this difficult to return a faulty top! Take responsibility will you, disgrace

@JDhelpteam Just sent a DM, I’ve already emailed customer service who said they couldn’t do anything due to it being personalised since purchase. It’s not like I’ve bought it, had it personalised and I’m trying to just return it for nothing it’s faulty! I am disgusted in the response I got!
