@northernassist again, the 8.09 from Bromley Cross to Manchester is only two carriages, with a lot not being able to get on, including 2 wheelchairs.. why has this suddenly changed to a 2 carriage service? You really should show carriages on the app so we can plan to be late.

@northernassist I knew you’d just give you generic reply. I can’t get alternative services because this is the only line, your refund system is rubbish as minimum never covers. This train has always been 4 carriages and needs to be, and recently has only been two.
