@Uber@Uber_Support I have deactivated my business account. The lack of support is horrendous. I got another ridiculous email this morning repeating the same messaging which is still not fixing the blocked account that is broken on your end. What a disappointment & embarassment.
@Uber clearly doesn't want our businesses $$$. We haven't been able to use Uber Business acct in a month. Attempts to get support, multiple calls & emails, only canned responses that don't solve the issue. Agents have 'escalated to their engineers' and still zero resolution.π‘
@Uber_Support Still nothing from your team - it has been well over 3 weeks now trying to get this issue resolved with support. And Almost 6 weeks of not being able to use the account That is unacceptable. @Uber@Uber_Support
@Uber_Support If you could kindly get your support team to read the history before responding with templated messages that repeat themselves here on X as well as to my email that would make me feel as though someone is actually paying attention to the issue and figuring out a way to resolve it

@AirCanada 81 yr old elderly mother is @TorontoPearson now with wheel chair assistance to gate & was told to lift case onto scale as person assisting wasn't actually able to assist - r u kidding me? My mother had to insist & beg for help. So gross, Do Better! @Stephanie4BC
Well @Cornershop_CA I tried the service twice and both times the items I ordered were out of stock.
I will stick with @Instacart which I use weekly with far less frustration.
@LifeLabs dreadful experience at life labs at 4430 bathurst st. social distancing near impossible, no communication from staff, made appt but walk-ins being taken ahead. Currently over 15 mins delayed
