@anxiousweirdoo THEN if they’re more than 15 min late we have to charge a no show which is like $80! But half of our doctors are always late & cancelling their day it’s so hypocritical. It’s literally mental health these people aren’t here for fun & they just get blown off it drives me nuts!

@anxiousweirdoo I literally work in mental health and we have clinicians that cancel their whole day the morning of (literally 20 mins before their first session) but if a client calls to cancel they have to do it 48 hours or more or we have to charge them $75. It’s absurd!!!!
