Today I am 25 years old. 24 was the most trying year of my life mentally. Many days I didn’t want to make it to 25. Depression is hard as fuck & asking for help is okay. Therapy is okay. Taking medication is okay. This year I learned mental health is so important. Here’s to 25✨
