Either I tweeted at the perfect time or someone read the tweet and saw me calling in bc I finally spoke with someone and she did something no one else has done. Gave me a file number AND is sending my bag to me. 👐 Thank you, Connie!!! 5th rep finally helps!!
@Delta And just bc the longer I’m on hold the more annoyed I get @Delta. Why don’t you have a call back option for Baggage like you for the the customer service line?!
