To any girls going out of their jogs or walks, one tip the guards gave me when I was attacked was to carry a mini hairspray can with me as it does the same damage as pepper spray & you can not be done for carrying hairspray but with pepper spray you can, I hope this helps 🤍

@HSELive any idea why I haven't recieved my antigen tests by post after 48hrs when people in my area are receiving them in 12 hours .
Ive also been referred by 2 GPS and stated as urgent for a pcr.
