@ITVX why am I paying £5.99 per month to get no 'ads' but get 5 'trailers' per 40 minepisode of a show I'm watching. It's the same ones over & over and after being back for a day I already know I'm going to cancel as this is awful. Take a leaf out of @Channel4 book

@CostaCoffee what is going on at your portsmouth commercial road store? Cold drinks with whip are sloppy messes taking 20+ mins to come out with 2 people working it but hot drinks are coming out in 2 mins. It's the only store like it, all others can do drinks right & quick.
