@ZARA_Care I have been trying to return a faulty armchair & it's now been 4 weeks since my original request. UPS has turned up 3 times now but with incorrect returns label for the item requested to return. I am heavily pregnant, 2 weeks to go and this return is causing me stress

@HabitatUK trying to remove the recyclable wrapping paper seal, completely stuck to the wrapping paper itself and had to ruin the paper to open. Please test and trial your items, now I’m wasting sheets of the paper that are damaged.
