@georgiedarke @HM_Passport Mine was approved on 1st April printed on 7th and heard nothing since. Sooo frustrated we were due to travel tomorrow. Applied 6th Feb absolutely shocking service

@JennyMathieson @NikkiHesford @leannebilkey1 @HM_Passport Same here my daughter is 14 & has to self sign - wasn't flagged anywhere during the online application which went through to processing. We then filled in a form sent recorded as per their instruction, yesterday were told we need to send new printed photos as its now paper why?!

@leannebilkey1 @HM_Passport The system is failing. Its so unfair that they don't process in order of receipt. I applied online 6th Feb for 2 renewals 1 still sat in processing since 2nd Mar they told me on the phone last wk my other daughter needed to sign hers as she's 14 so had to start over on paper!

@HM_Passport @HM_Passport I would like to understand why you allow online renewals for children age 12+ for customers to then be told weeks down the line that they have to send a paper form so that they can sign and then another week later tell them they need to send printed photos?

@AnnabelParkyn @HM_Passport Hi Annabel I'm in the same boat as you and feeling really stressed although I was told last week mine hadn't reached examiner yet. Both of my children's passports are sitting in processing and we applied on 7th Feb. We just found out our eldest had to sign hers as 14yrs+
