We couldn't have reached this milestone without our PPI groups, supportive colleagues, charities, organisations and Trusts (& our team) sharing our study with pregnant women
There is a human tissue that builds itself up and breaks itself down every ~28 days using non-scarring wound healing and instead of studying that and learning everything we can about it we think it's gross and look for other less relevant models to understand wound healing.
I facilitated a Maternal Journal group with @EllieBlatchley last year. It is a brilliant intervention that helps mums/birthing people to process early parenthood via creativity.
Guy’s and St Thomas’ has been selected to host a new Regional Research Delivery Network for South London.
