@VerizonSupport I tried to do that days ago and they gave me the phone number to billing/account who is closed past 5PM. Somehow my bill is two to three times what it's supposed to be, verizon thinks I have two orders, tells me I need to return equipment even though I just installed FIOS.

I don't think I've ever been as frustrated with a company as I am with Verizon FIOS. Ordering, Install, Billing, Customer Service hours, all a train wreck. Ready to cancel and it's barely been a month. Ridiculous @verizonfios
