For our last #wellness day we had stress relief stations with tea and cookies in the @Sherwood_HWDSB LLC. Thanks to @StewardsonHWDSB for the resources! This event was such a hit! Stress balls, glitter calm jars, colouring, puzzles, games & bracelet making!

Mental health week continues with discussions around environmental wellness and healthy eating with @Green_Venture smoothie bikes in the @Sherwood_HWDSB LLC. Mr. Gillis did the first trial batch!

May 5 is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG), which is also known as Red Dress Day. The red dresses act as a visual reminder of the women, girls, and Two-Spirit people who suffer violence at a disproportionate rate.
