Had an awesome week filming some cooking videos for the @MeatEaterTV channel. We cooked lots of venison, turkey, a mallard, and some goose legs!

I don’t wanna get into the drama of why, but yesterday I had to dispatch my chickens. I hunt a lot so this is nothing new, but having to take the life of an animal you cared for is difficult in different ways. Ultimately, I’m grateful for the meals they will provide
