@KLM_UK @kaylon89 Shocking behaviour, surely this is not the normal standard of your company. I would kindly request this is investigated further. aviation ADR take complaints very seriously about disabled people facing problems with airlines. Looking forward to hearing your response
@KLM_UK @kaylon89 No one offered her assistance or provided any support, she was shouted at and treated as an unwanted inconvenience at best. She requested special assistance at the airport, check in staff abruptly told her no it wasn’t available.
