John Eastman: Permanently disbarred by the California Supreme Court on April 15, 2026, for his role in efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.

Kenneth Chesebro: Suspended in New York in October 2024, then fully disbarred there on June 26, 2025, following his guilty plea in Georgia. He was reinstated in Florida with a reprimand.

Michael Cohen: Disbarred in New York in February 2019 after pleading guilty to federal charges.

Jenna Ellis: Colorado law license suspended for three years (effective July 2024) after her guilty plea in the Georgia election case and admissions of misrepresentations.
